Let Go!

Proverbs 27:1 

Boast not thyself of to morrow; 

for thou knowest not what a day may bring forth.

Sounds a lot like the book of James - 

my life is a vapor ... a nothingness ... 

There are "planners" in this world and I am one of them.
I do not particularly care for surprises.

I like to know what is coming ...

and I like to prepare.

Planning is not a bad trait.

It is good to be prepared,

to plan for the future,

to use my resources wisely ...

... but in context - always in context!

My days are in God's hands.

He can direct them as He sees fit.

I like to fight against change ...

to hold onto MY plans,

but sometimes change is part of  God's plan and it is best.
